What better way to make the winter blues more bright than to add a pop of color to your outfit right? As part of my 5 week "Something New" Series this week my #4 key item for fall/winter is winter brights. Think colorful shift dresses, bright colored pants, and stylish statement coats.  My other must have items include a blazer, maxi skirt, and something cashmere.
