After spending the past few weeks in casual attire it was a nice change this weekend to dress up and put on a pair of heels for my sister's wedding shower here in Washington D.C. We are settling in our new home and I really like it here in the D.C. area but seeing my sister with all her friends at the wedding shower reminded me of how much I miss all my friends back in Boston.
