Hello everyone! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. We were supposed to be in West Palm Beach for a weekend getaway but due to the thunderstroms and Hurricane Erika we decided to cancel our plans. I was sad we had to cancel but it was nice to have a weekend to relax, catch up with errands, and get a few solid workouts in. After taking a few weeks off from exercise I am trying to get back into shape and be more disciplined about my workouts. Lately I am switching between a jog/run at the gym, barre workouts at Pure Barre, and when the weather is nice I like to also take a quick 30 min walk in the neighborhood.
